We've been at Market Yard Jain Temple Street for a while now. It’s right near Old Airport 29. Most people just walk in after they finish their shopping nearby. We started Flavours because we wanted a spot where folks could grab something to eat without a lot of fuss. It’s not a big place, just a few tables and some chairs that have seen better days. The kitchen is usually busy around lunch. We don't do anything fancy here. Just cooking what people like. Sometimes the door sticks a bit when it rains, and we keep meaning to fix that, but we get caught up with the orders. It’s a family thing, really. My brother handles the supplies and I stay near the stove most of the day. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. It makes the days go by faster when you know who’s coming through the door. We don't have a website or anything like that, just this spot on the street. If you're walking past the temple, you’ll probably smell whatever we’re frying up that afternoon. It gets a bit loud when the market is in full swing, but that’s just how it is around here. We try to keep things clean and keep the food moving out fast. There isn’t much more to say about it. We just show up, open the shutters, and start the day. It’s been that way for years and we don’t plan on changing much.
