Filtron Engineers Ltd.

Our office is Filtron House, located at number 6 in Sitabag Colony on Sinhagad Road. It’s a busy part of Pune, and the road outside is almost always packed with traffic. Our building is a simple, multi-story place where we do all our engineering work. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of technical drawings. We are engineers, so we tend to focus on the details of the projects we are working on. There is often a lot of discussion over blueprints. We have a small pantry where we keep some biscuits and make coffee. The staff is a mix of older folks who have been here for decades and some younger people. We don't use much marketing language because we think the work should stand for itself. We spend our days calculating, designing, and checking specs. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, but mostly we are here in Sitabag Colony. The office can get a bit cluttered with samples and prototypes. We just move them out of the way when we need more space. We don't have big corporate slogans. We just try to do a solid job on every project that comes our way. It’s a steady pace, and we like the routine of being here on Sinhagad Road.
