We are based out of Durbi Villa over in the Raiwood area of Lonavala. It’s a bit different running a travel office from here instead of a big city like Mumbai or Pune. The air is better, though the rain in monsoon season can be really something else. We spend our days at 17-P H-Ward dealing with all sorts of travel plans. People call us up when they need to get from one place to another without a headache. It’s mostly computer work and phone calls, honestly. Lonavala is a nice spot to work from, even if the tourists make the roads crowded on weekends. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, just handling the usual bookings and itineraries that come through. We don't really have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. It’s more of a practical office space where we get things done. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather is bad, but we manage. Travel can be messy with delays and changes, so we just sit here and try to straighten things out for people. It’s a lot of staring at screens and checking flight times. We keep it simple. If you’re around Raiwood, you might see us heading out for tea or just walking to the market. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized in our little corner of the hills. It’s a decent life here.
