Faaso'S

Faaso'S is over in Hadapsar at Shop 23 in the Destination Centre. It’s a small place, really. Most of our space is taken up by the kitchen equipment and the counter where the delivery drivers wait. It gets pretty cramped in here when three or four orders come in at the same time. You can hear the sizzling from the grills all day long. We spend a lot of time rolling up wraps and checking the order screens. It’s fast-paced and usually pretty hot because of the stoves. The Destination Centre is a busy spot, so there’s always a lot of noise and people coming and going outside our door. We don’t have much room for people to sit, so it’s mostly just us and the food. Sometimes the delivery apps go down and everything gets a bit chaotic for a minute, but we just keep cooking. The staff is used to the rush now. We’ve got our routine down, from chopping the veggies in the morning to locking up the shutters at night. Hadapsar is a busy part of town and being in Shop 23 puts us right in the middle of it. We don't do anything fancy, just keep the food moving and make sure the orders go out to the right people. It’s just how we work every day.
