This part of Maharashtra is always busy, but our little corner in the residential complex is actually quite calm. We handle engineering projects and the paperwork that comes with them. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don’t have a fancy front desk or a receptionist in a suit. Most days, it’s just us at our computers or looking over site plans on the big table. Sinhgad Road can be a real headache with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We chose this spot because it’s accessible and it feels more grounded than the big IT parks. We’ve been at this address for a while and have built up a steady routine. There’s no big mystery to what we do; we just take on the engineering tasks as they come. The office has a lived-in feel to it, with files stacked up and plenty of coffee mugs around. We find that this atmosphere helps us stay productive without feeling the pressure of a corporate environment. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good job from our base in Pune. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down, just working through the queue of technical drawings and structural plans that come across our desks every week.
