We are based at C-11 in the Erandwane Society, located at 14/5. Excellent Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd. is where we do all our technical work and manufacturing. It’s a residential-turned-commercial kind of area, so it’s got a bit of a different feel than a big, dusty industrial park. The office is a bit cramped these days because we have a lot of machines and desks packed into every available corner. We do engineering stuff, so there are always blueprints, measuring tools, and metal parts lying around on the tables. It’s not the neatest place you’ll ever visit, but we know where every single nut and bolt is kept. We don't have a big corporate structure or managers in suits here. It's just a group of us who really know our way around a machine and a drawing. Sometimes the neighbors might complain if we make too much noise in the afternoons, so we try to keep things as reasonable as we can. We’ve been in Erandwane Society for quite a while now. It’s a nice part of town to work in, even if the parking on the street is a total nightmare sometimes. We don't have a fancy website or a dedicated sales team to find new clients. Most of our work comes from people who have known us and our work for many years. We just focus on getting the specifications right and finishing the jobs when we said we would. It’s a lot of calculating and double-checking everything.
