At Endeavour Innovations, you can find us in Wanowarie, specifically at Sector 8 B 21. It’s a part of town that has its own energy, and we’ve fit right in. We don’t have a big sign out front or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and find us working at our desks. We deal with a lot of different things, mostly focused on how to make stuff work better or coming up with new ways to handle old problems. It’s not always obvious what we’re doing from the outside, but inside, there’s always a lot of tinkering and talking through ideas. We spend a lot of time at B 21 just looking at screens or sketching things out on a whiteboard. Wanowarie is a decent place to work, with enough local spots to grab a quick bite when we’re too busy to cook. We aren't a massive corporation with layers of management. If you have a question, you just ask whoever is sitting nearest the door. Things can get a bit cluttered with prototypes and paperwork, but that’s just a sign that we’re actually doing something. We keep it simple and try not to overcomplicate the process. It’s just about getting the work done and seeing where the next project takes us. Being here in Sector 8 feels right for the kind of stuff we do every day. We’re just local people trying to solve practical problems.
