Encore Bpo Solution

We work out of Flat No B1 and B2 in the Gagangiri Sakul Building. It’s on Guru Pimple Road in Dapodi, specifically near the 4th Cross on Mysore Road. You’ll find us near the HP Petrol Pump if you’re looking for the place. Encore Bpo Solution is basically a set of rooms with desks and headsets. It’s not a grand office building, just a regular residential-style block that we’ve converted for our work. The hum of the computers and the sound of people talking on the phones is constant here. We have shifts that start early and some that go late. The area near the petrol pump is always busy with vehicles, so there’s a bit of noise from the road. We take our breaks in the small kitchen area or step outside for some air. The furniture is practical and comfortable enough for long hours. We don’t really go for fancy decor. We have our schedules pinned to the walls and a white board that’s seen better days. It’s a place where we focus on getting the data right and answering the queries that come through. The walk from the main road isn't too long, which is good for those of us who take the bus. It’s a simple, honest workplace where we just get on with the job we’re paid to do. We keep the tea kettle busy all through the day and try to keep the noise levels down.
