Our workshop is located at P No 146 in the J Block area of the Bhosari Indl Estate. If you know this part of the city, you know it is mostly factories and small shops crowded together. It is a noisy place, with trucks constantly moving in and out and the sound of machinery coming from every direction. We have been working out of this particular spot for a good while now. It’s a plain building, nothing that would stand out to someone just passing by. Inside, we have our equipment set up the way we like it. It might look a bit cluttered to someone else, but we know exactly where every tool and part is kept. We don't spend much time worrying about the appearance of the office or having a fancy reception area. Most of our day is spent out on the shop floor actually making things. The heat in Bhosari can get pretty intense during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We don't do any big advertising or try to sound like a huge corporation. Most of our work comes from people we have known for years in the industrial estate. It is a very practical, straightforward environment. We show up early, put in the hours, and make sure the work is finished. That is pretty much the whole story of how we operate here.
