Elsons Engineering Services & Mfg. Co. is located over in the Goyal Industrial Complex at A-11, J-514, right in the middle of MIDC, Bhosari. If you know this area, you know it’s always loud with machines running and trucks coming in and out. That is how it is for us too. We do manufacturing work here. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and there is always the smell of oil in the air. We aren't trying to be a big corporate office. We just have our machines and we do the jobs that come our way. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole day fixing it ourselves, which is just part of the life in an engineering shop. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. Our staff knows their way around the tools and they don't care much for fancy talk. We just want to make sure the parts are right before they go out the door. It’s a busy place, and it can be a bit cramped when we have a big order sitting on the floor waiting for pickup. The lighting in the back isn't the best, but we know where everything is. You won't find any shiny showrooms here, just a lot of hard work and honest engineering. It's a bit noisy, but we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the manufacturing done every day.
