Electronic Co Operative Estate

Our place, Electronic Co Operative Estate, is situated on Itwari Railway Station Road in Nagpur. We are specifically in the Nayapura Bastarwari area, right near the Shaktidham Temple. Being near the temple means it’s a landmark everyone knows. The area is always humming with people and activity from the railway station nearby. We have a good amount of space here compared to some other shops. It’s an estate setup, so there are other businesses around too. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We spend our days dealing with various electronic components and estate matters. It’s a lot of practical work and coordination. You can hear the trains every now and then, which you just get used to after a week. We don't have a corporate office vibe at all. It’s more about the grit and the daily grind of the industrial area. The floors are concrete and the desks are old wood. We keep the doors open to let the air circulate when it gets hot. Most of our visitors are regulars who have been coming to us for years. It is a steady spot in a busy part of Nagpur. We just keep doing the work. Sometimes the monkeys on the roof make a lot of noise while we are trying to think.
