Ecole Solitaire

Ecole Solitaire is located over on Sholapur Road, near Ramtekri in Pune. Specifically, we are at the APTC Depot, and you’ll often find Lt Col Satpal Singh involved in what we do here. Being near the military depot gives the whole area a certain feel, very disciplined and orderly, which I suppose rubs off on us too in some ways. We do training and development stuff, though it’s not the kind of boring classroom thing you might be thinking of. We’ve been at this for a long time now. The office is tucked away and might be a little hard to find if you don't know the landmarks like the depot or Ramtekri nearby. We spend our days working with people, trying to help them figure out how to be better at what they do. It’s rewarding but it can also be tiring. People are complicated, and everyone learns differently. We’ve had to adapt our ways many times over the years because what worked a long time ago doesn't always work today. We aren't a big fancy school with a giant campus or anything. We just have our space here in the 411022 area. Sometimes the traffic on Sholapur Road is a complete nightmare, but once you get inside, it’s a bit quieter. We just focus on the people who come to us for help. We don't have any grand promises, just a straightforward way of doing things that seems to work.
