We are located at Gera Grand in Salisbury Park. If you are looking for us, we are in flat 2B on the second floor. Earthen Brews Private Limited is the name we went with because we like things that feel a bit more natural. Our workspace isn't a huge warehouse; it’s just a regular flat where we do our brewing and testing. Salisbury Park is a nice area, much quieter than the center of the city, which we appreciate. We spend our mornings getting the pots and equipment ready and checking on how the latest batches are doing. It can be a slow process and things don't always go exactly as planned. We’ve had our fair share of messes to clean up over the months. We don't have a fancy showroom or a bunch of receptionists. It is just a few of us doing the actual work of making the brews. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves. It takes a lot of effort to keep things organized in a small space, but we manage. We don't use any corporate jargon or big words. We just focus on the flavor and making sure the quality is where it needs to be. It’s a quiet life here, mostly just us working away and hoping the day goes well without any major spills or problems.
