Our office is tucked away in Mantri House on Fergusson College Road, which is a pretty busy part of Pune. We’ve been operating from this Belvedre Road area for some time, helping people figure out where they want to go for their next break. It’s a small room, and it’s usually filled with stacks of travel itineraries and notes we’ve scribbled during long phone calls with airlines. Planning a trip is often more complicated than it looks, especially with all the rules and schedule changes these days. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking hotel availability and trying to find routes that actually make sense for a family or someone traveling alone. It’s not a fancy place with posters on every inch of the wall. It’s just a few desks and some chairs where we sit down and talk through the options. The traffic outside on FC Road can be really loud, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of people. It’s just us, and we prefer it that way because we can actually remember who we are talking to. We don't have any scripted sales pitches. We just look at the dates, see what’s possible, and get the tickets booked. Sometimes things get busy and the phone doesn't stop ringing, but we just take it one person at a time and try to get everything sorted out correctly.
