Dynamic Engineering Works

Dynamic Engineering Works is based out of Gat No.190 in the MIDC area. It’s an industrial zone, so don’t expect anything fancy when you come to visit. Our workshop is a large shed with a high metal roof. It gets very loud in here because we have lathes, drills, and grinding machines running most of the day. The air usually smells like machine oil and cut metal. We do a lot of custom engineering jobs for other factories nearby. Sometimes we are making small parts, and other times we are repairing heavy equipment. We don't wear suits or ties here. We are usually in our work clothes, covered in grease and dirt. It’s hard work, but we take it as it comes. The MIDC roads can be quite rough, and the dust is everywhere. We have a small corner blocked off for our desk and a few chairs where we talk to clients and look at blueprints. We don't have a big team of engineers, just some local guys who are good with their hands and know how to fix things. We’ve been at this spot for quite a few years now. The day starts early when the sun comes up and we don't stop until the last job is finished. It’s a simple, hardworking place. We just focus on the machines and the metal and try to keep things moving.
