Our place is Dyna House, which is located at 98/A in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate. If you go behind the Kirloskar Pneumatic building, you will find us there. Being in Motera, we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial shops and factories. Dyna Fitters Pvt.Ltd is mostly about the metal and the fitting work we do every day. The workshop is big and the ceiling is high, which is good because it gets very hot when the welding and the machines are going. There is always a layer of iron dust on the workbenches no matter how much we clean. We wear our work clothes and stay busy with the blueprints and the heavy parts. It is a loud environment with the sound of metal hitting metal ringing through the air. We usually eat our lunch together near the back entrance where there is a little bit of a breeze. We don't have any polished floors or bright lights. It is just a functional space for getting the fitting jobs done. The driveway is usually blocked by a truck or some crates being moved around. It can be a bit frustrating to find a parking spot, but that is just Hadapsar for you. We have been in this spot for years and the routine hasn't changed much. We just focus on the parts and making sure the fitters have what they need to finish the assembly. It is just a lot of metal and hard work.
