Duro Engineers

You can find us at Plot No. 7 in the Milap Cooperative Housing Society. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main roads. Erandwane is a nice part of Pune to work in. We are near Vakil Nagar, which most locals know. Duro Engineers started out with just a couple of us. The office is in a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold factory. We have desks tucked into corners and a lot of drawings spread out everywhere. It can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a project. We don't have a big sign out front that lights up at night. People usually find us by word of mouth or by looking for the society gate. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through technical details. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of coffee involved and some late nights when things get busy. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We’ve been here for a good while and the people in Milap Society know us. We are just regular people doing engineering work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to fix things and make sure our projects are done right. It’s a small team and we like the independence we have here.
