We are out in the Ranjangaon MIDC area at plot F-33 in Karegaon. It’s quite a way out from the main city, so it’s a very industrial setting. Most of what you see around here are big factories and trucks moving in and out. Our place is a mix of a workshop and some office space at the front. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction and the heavy vehicles on the roads nearby. We have high ceilings and plenty of room for the machinery we use. It’s loud during the day when the machines are running, so we usually have to talk a bit louder to be heard. We have a small crew here, and everyone knows what they need to do. There’s a canteen nearby where we get our tea and snacks. The weather out here in Ranjangaon can get really hot, especially in the afternoons, so the fans are always spinning. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and safety posters. It’s a place where work gets done, and we don't worry too much about appearances. Most of the time, our boots are a bit dirty from walking across the yard. We have a small parking area for the bikes and a few cars. It’s a simple setup but it works for the kind of engineering stuff we handle every day.
