We have been using this specific space for a good while now. It’s certainly not a shiny commercial office complex or anything like that. We just have a few rooms where we’ve set up our various pieces of equipment and our desks. It’s comfortable for us and it definitely gets the job done. Sometimes it can get a little bit noisy with the local traffic and the people moving around the housing society, but we don't mind it. It feels more like being part of a real community than being stuck in a cold, glass office building. We don't have any big or flashy signs outside to show where we are. We just have our small nameplate on the door at 45/4. If you know where the main hospital is, you are basically right there already. We’ve lived and worked in Pune for a long time. This particular spot works for us because it’s easy for the whole team to get to. We just show up and work.
