So, Divya Tours And Travels is located in Hadapsar at Shop No.4. It’s a small shop, but we make it work for what we do. I started this place because I know the roads around here quite well. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees, just a few of us making sure things run right. Hadapsar is always crowded, so finding Shop No.4 can be a bit tricky if it's your first time, but we’re right there in the mix. Most days I’m just sitting at the desk taking calls or looking at maps. We help people figure out how to get from one place to another without too much trouble. It gets loud outside with all the street noise, but that’s just part of being in Hadapsar. We don't have a big waiting room or fancy coffee, just a couple of chairs if you need to sit down while we talk. I usually have the radio playing in the background. My nephew helps out on the weekends sometimes when it gets a bit more hectic. We’ve been in this shop for a while now and the locals know us. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use any complicated systems, just a notebook and a phone. If you need a trip sorted, we’re here at the shop most days except Sundays when we try to take a break. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little corner remains the same.
