Digambara Engineers

Digambara Engineers is based here in Chikhlee Amrut Nagar. We’ve been around for a while now, just doing the work that comes our way. Mostly, it’s engineering stuff, fixing things or putting parts together. People around here know the shop. It's not a fancy place. We have some tools, a workbench, and some noise from time to time. The heat gets a bit much in the afternoons, but that's how it goes. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get busy. We don't really have a big office or anything, just the space in Amrut Nagar. Most days, it’s just about getting the measurements right and making sure the welding holds up. We started small. I remember when we only had a couple of wrenches and a lot of hope. Now we have more equipment, but the routine is pretty much the same. You come in, tell us what’s broken or what needs making, and we see what can be done. It’s practical work. Sometimes we’re waiting on supplies to arrive, which can be annoying, but we manage. If you walk past the corner, you’ll probably hear the machines running. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down unless it’s for a bill. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in this part of Chikhlee. It isn't complicated. We just show up every morning and stay until the light goes. We don't overthink it, we just do the job and go home.
