Our place is located at C S No 205/8 in Apradh Vasahat, which is in Vadgaon. It’s a local spot where we handle both tea and bakery items. Dhotre Shrishivshahi Chaha and Bekars is a long name, but we just think of it as our daily work. We’ve been part of this community for some time now. The kitchen area is always busy and it smells like fresh tea and bread most mornings. It’s not a high-tech factory at all. It’s mostly hands-on work. We have a few ovens and big pots for the tea. The floor gets a bit messy with flour, but we clean it up at the end of every shift. We don't use fancy packaging or big ads to get attention. People come to us because they know who we are and they like what we do. We like the early mornings when the town is still a bit quiet before the rush. It’s a lot of work to keep things running, especially with the baking. Sometimes the dough doesn't rise right or the tea leaves are a bit different, and we have to adjust. We’re just regular people making things for the folks in Vadgaon. We don’t have a big office or a marketing department. It’s just us, the tea, and the bread. We try to be fair with everyone and just keep the business going as best we can.
