Design Consultants Architects

We have been here at Flat 301 on the fourth floor for a while now. Being right across from Karishma Society on Sangam Press Road means there is always something happening outside the window. Most days involve a lot of drawing and looking over blueprints. It is a bit of a climb up to the office but we like the quiet once you get inside. We handle a lot of design work for local projects and spend a good chunk of our time talking to contractors. Sometimes the lift acts up, but that is just part of being in an older building in Warje Malwadi. We usually have a few rolls of paper spread across the desks and a half-finished cup of tea somewhere. It gets busy during the afternoons when clients drop by to check on their plans. We try to keep things organized but the workspace often looks like a construction site itself with all the samples and files. The Sattadhar Cross Road area is familiar to us and we know the shops around here pretty well. We do our best to get the drawings right so that the actual building process goes okay. It is mostly just a group of us sitting around computers or drafting tables trying to figure out how to make a space look decent. We don’t really do fancy presentations, just the actual work that needs doing for people in the neighborhood and nearby.
