Deshpande-Dixit Associates

Our office is located at B9 Shree Shankar Nagri, right on Paud Road in Kothrud. Kothrud is a nice part of Pune, though the traffic on Paud Road can be a bit much during the rush hour. We have been operating Deshpande-Dixit Associates from this spot for some time now. It is a quiet enough building once you get inside. We have a few rooms where we keep all our files and desks. It is not a corporate glass building or anything, just a regular space in a residential-commercial complex. We mostly deal with local folks and people from around Pune who need help with their paperwork. Usually, the tea guy comes around twice a day, which is when we take a short break. Otherwise, it is just us working through whatever is on the desk. The address is easy to give to people, as most know Shree Shankar Nagri. We like being in Kothrud because everything is close by. If we need supplies or a quick lunch, we just walk down the street. It is a simple setup we have here. We do not really do big advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing the nameplate outside on the gate. We keep regular hours, though sometimes we stay late if a project needs finishing. It is just how we work. Nothing too complicated about it. We are just a local Pune office doing our thing day by day.
