DESHAPANDE-DIXIT ASSOCIATES

Our office is part of the Neelpadma Society in Amrutanagar, right there in the Manikbaug area of Sinhgad Road. If you know Pune, you know that Sinhgad Road is always moving. There’s a constant hum of bikes and cars outside, but once you get into the B4 wing and find unit 16, it gets a bit quieter. DESHAPANDE-DIXIT ASSOCIATES has been here for a while. The office feels like a home that turned into a workspace over time. We have our files lined up on the walls and the desks are positioned wherever they could fit comfortably. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge area for guests. Usually, we just pull up an extra plastic chair if someone stops by to talk. The light in the morning is quite good, which helps when we’re looking over small print. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the society, like when the water comes on or when the kids come home from school. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big office tours or expensive carpets. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that we stay on top of our daily chores. It’s just a regular group of us doing our jobs in a corner of Pune we know well.
