Denis'S Beerfarms Private Limited is based in Pimpri, Pune. Our address is a bit of a mouthful, Sr No. 77/1/48, 511/3 in Jyotiba Nagar. We are right opposite the M M Vidhyamandir school, which is how most people find us in Kalewadi. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of families and small shops around. Our place is more of a practical site than an office. We have a lot of space for our operations, but it’s not exactly pretty. There is usually a lot of dust from the road and the sound of school kids playing during the day. We spend most of our time managing the farm aspects and the brewery details. It is physical work and we often end the day quite tired. We’ve been part of this Pune community for some time now. We don't have any corporate speeches or high-level managers in suits. It is just us in our work clothes making sure the supplies are right and the equipment is working. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble to get the generator started so the batches don't spoil. That’s just part of the job here. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry too much about anything else. It’s a grounded way to live and work. We know the neighbors and they know us. If you pass by the school, you can usually see us moving things around the yard. It is just a basic, honest operation.
