Deja Vu Cafe

You can find us at Survey No 7 on North Main Road. Koregaon Park is a lively place to be. Deja Vu Cafe is just a simple place where we serve coffee and some snacks. We have some old wooden furniture that we found at a local market. It doesn't all match, but it works. We have a lot of plants near the entrance because they like the sun there. The North Main Road traffic can be loud, so we have some glass doors to keep it a bit quieter inside. We don't have a chef with a tall hat. It's just us in the kitchen making sandwiches and brewing pots of coffee. Sometimes the order takes a bit longer if we are busy talking to a regular. We have a bookshelf where people leave books they don't want anymore. It’s a bit messy, but customers like browsing through it. The floor is made of old tiles that are a bit cracked in the corners. We don't mind. It gives the place a bit of character. We use regular mugs, not the fancy ones you see in pictures. If the weather is nice, we open the windows. Most people come here to work on their laptops or just sit and look out at the road. We aren't trying to be the trendiest spot in Pune. We just want to be a place where you can get a decent cup of tea without any fuss.
