Degchis Catering Services

We've been running Degchis Catering Services from our spot in Shop 6 B K Apts for a while now. It's right on Deccan College Road in Yerawada. Most people around here know where we are. We mostly handle food for different types of gatherings. It usually starts with a phone call and then we figure out what needs to be cooked. The kitchen gets pretty busy early in the morning because everything has to be ready on time. We don't have a big fancy office, just the shop where we manage the orders. Sometimes the traffic on Deccan College Road is a mess, so we have to plan the delivery routes carefully. It's just a small team of us working here. We try to keep things straightforward and focus on making sure the pots are filled with what people asked for. Most of our work comes from families in the neighborhood or nearby apartments. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day by the stoves, but that is how it goes. We don't spend money on advertising, we just rely on people telling their friends about us if they liked the food at a wedding or a party. It's a simple setup. If you're walking past B K Apts, you might smell the spices. We’re just here doing our job every day. It’s not a glamorous business, but it keeps us busy. We handle the heavy lifting of cooking for large groups so people don't have to do it themselves in their small home kitchens. Sometimes we get orders for fifty people, sometimes it is for much more. We just make it work and get the food delivered.
