Started at Plot 70A in Sec 10 a good while back. It's right in the MIDC area, so there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around outside. We mostly handle engineering jobs, the kind of work that gets your hands dirty every single day. There’s a lot of metal lying around and the machines have their own rhythm. Usually, the morning starts with checking what orders came in and getting the guys on the floor ready. It’s not fancy here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the office desk is usually covered in drawings and tea stains. We just focus on getting the parts right. If someone walks in, they’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a specific measurement or a machine that’s acting up. It gets pretty hot in the summer months under the shed, but we’re used to it by now. Most people who come by know exactly where we are because of the big tree near the gate. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. It's more about the physical work and making sure things leave the shop floor in the right shape. Sometimes things get delayed when a machine breaks, but that’s just how this business goes. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on and keep moving forward.
