Daulat Fine Dine & Lounge Bar

We are located between Pashan and Mundhwa, right near Shinde Vasti in Keshav Nagar. It’s an interesting area because it feels like it’s always growing and changing. The building has two sides to it really, the dining part and the lounge bar area. Most of my day is spent making sure both sides are ready for the customers. I spend a lot of time checking the bottle stock in the bar and making sure the stools are all lined up. Over in the dining area, it’s more about the linens and making sure the cutlery is clean. It gets a bit loud at night when people are out having a drink, but that’s the way it’s supposed to be I guess. I often find myself running back and forth between the kitchen and the front to see what’s needed. We have a lot of glass to clean, especially in the lounge with all the mirrors and the back bar. It feels like as soon as I finish cleaning one thing, something else needs attention. The commute through Mundhwa can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but once I’m here, I just focus on the work. We aren't a corporate chain, so things can be a bit informal sometimes. We just do our best to keep the atmosphere right and make sure the food and drinks are ready for when the evening rush starts. It’s a long day but it’s steady work for all of us.
