Datta Headseat Cutting & Turning Works

We are located at 1182 / B in Sadashiv Peth, right near the Canara Bank. It is a small workshop where we do cutting and turning work on various parts. If you come by, you’ll probably find me or one of the guys covered in a bit of grease or metal shavings. That is just the nature of what we do. We have some old lathes and cutting machines that have been with us for a long time, and they still work better than some of the newer stuff if you know how to handle them. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room; people just walk into the shop and tell us what they need fixed or made. It is a very direct way of doing business. We handle a lot of small jobs for people in the neighborhood and some bigger ones for local factories. Sadashiv Peth is a busy area, and we fit right in with the other small shops around here. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. We just try to be honest about how long a job will take and what it will cost. Some days we are backed up with work and the shop is a bit of a mess, but we always find what we are looking for eventually. It is just a simple, hardworking place with no unnecessary frills.
