Datta Battery

You can find Datta Battery at Ganeshmala, specifically Shop No 4. It’s a small place but we keep it busy. We mostly deal with batteries for cars, bikes, and those big inverters people use at home when the power goes out. The shop is filled with the smell of lead and plastic. It isn't a place for sitting around and relaxing. Most people come in because they are in a hurry. Their car won't start or their house is dark, so they need a solution right away. We spend a lot of time testing old batteries to see if they can still hold a charge or if they're completely dead. Lifting these things is heavy work, and I usually have a bit of a backache by the end of the day. Ganeshmala is a decent area, and we’ve made a lot of friends among the other shopkeepers around here. We don't have a marketing team or a social media page. If someone’s battery dies, they just remember the guy at Shop No 4 and come over. Sometimes we have to go out to someone’s house to help them install a heavy inverter battery. It is a lot of manual labor, but it pays the bills. The shop is a bit cluttered with wires and tools, but I know where everything is. We just focus on getting the job done so people can get back to their day.
