Our school is out in Charoli Bk., which you get to via Lohegaon. It is a bit further out from the main city center, which actually gives us a lot of space that you don't find in the middle of Pune. We have a modern building, but we try not to let it feel too stiff or corporate. It’s a school, after all, and there should be a bit of life to it. We follow an international curriculum, so the way we do things might be a bit different from the older schools in town. There is a lot of light in the classrooms and plenty of room for the kids to move around. Since we are in an area that is still developing, the surroundings are a bit quiet, which is good for studying. We have our own buses because getting out here can be a trek for some families. The staff comes from all over, and we spend our days trying to make sense of global lessons while staying grounded in our local spot. It isn’t perfect—sometimes the internet acts up or the construction nearby gets noisy—but we make it work. We aren't about big promises; we just provide a place for kids to learn and grow. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on the students and their daily progress. We just want to make sure they're ready for whatever comes next after they finish their time with us.
