Cygnus International Travels

Down here on the Akurdi Pune Highway Road, we spend our days at Cygnus International Travels. It’s a convenient spot because people are always driving by on their way somewhere else. We handle a lot of different things, like booking tickets or figuring out travel routes for people who are heading abroad or just to another state. The office gets a bit dusty from the highway traffic, but we try to keep it tidy. Most of the time it's just us at our desks, staring at screens and talking on the phone. People come in with a lot of questions about visas and flight times, and we do our best to find the answers in the system. It can be a bit stressful when a flight gets canceled or someone loses their papers, but that’s just the nature of travel work. We aren't a big fancy agency with posters everywhere, just a local place where you can sit down and talk about where you need to go. The highway is always loud, but you stop hearing it after the first hour. Sometimes a family comes in all excited about a vacation, and other times it’s someone just trying to get home for a funeral. We see a bit of everything. We keep the kettle going for tea and just keep working through the bookings one by one. It’s a steady way to spend the day here in Akurdi.
