Cup A Tea

Our little shop is No 21 in the C Wing of the Kpct Mall, which is located in Fatima Nagar, Wanworie. If you know Pune at all, you know that malls can be a bit like a maze sometimes. We are tucked away in that wing, and it’s a pretty simple setup we’ve got here at Cup A Tea. It isn't some high-end boutique; it’s just a place where we make tea and wait for customers to come in. Most of our day is spent boiling water, cleaning cups, and making sure we have enough milk and sugar. The mall gets busy on the weekends, but during the week, it’s a lot quieter and we get to know the other shop owners nearby. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the tea tastes right and the shop is tidy. Sometimes the mall air conditioning is a bit too cold, or the lights in the hallway flicker, but we just deal with it. People usually find us just by walking through the C wing while they are doing their other errands. It’s just a small, honest business in a corner of a big mall, and that suits us just fine.
