Our company is based on Nagar Road. It’s a very busy area with plenty of other industrial plants and warehouses around us. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a long time, and we’ve seen the whole area grow up around us. Manufacturing is what we do, and it’s a job that keeps us on our feet all day. We aren't the type of place with a lot of office staff or polished presentations. Most of our work happens on the floor, making sure the machines are running and the parts are being made correctly. It’s a lot of noise and hard work, but there’s a sense of satisfaction in seeing a finished product leave the bay. We have a solid crew of workers, many of whom have been here for a decade or more. We don't really have a marketing team to talk about what we do; we just focus on meeting the orders that come in. Nagar Road has become much more crowded over the years, which makes logistics a bit more interesting sometimes. We’ve had nights where we had to stay late to fix a machine or organize a shipment, but that's just how it goes in this industry. It’s a straightforward business model and we don't feel the need to dress it up. We just aim to do a decent job every single day we open the gates.
