You can find us at 1299, Shanta Niwas, which is just off J.M Road in Shivaji Nagar. It is an older building, but it works fine for what we do. We do engineering work here, mostly small-scale things that require a bit of extra attention. It isn't a massive factory with thousands of people. It is more of a workshop where we get our hands dirty every day. The street outside is always busy, so it can get pretty loud, but we are used to the noise by now. We have got our tools and our benches set up just the way we like them. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing. If someone needs something fixed or built, they usually just walk in and ask us. We have had some of the same customers for years because they know we don't mess around with the work. We just do the job and hand it over. Sometimes we stay late when a particular piece is tricky. It is not about being the biggest company in Pune; it is just about doing right by the people who come to our door. We have got stacks of metal and parts everywhere, but there is a system to the mess. Even if it looks confusing to someone else, we know exactly where every bolt is kept. It is a local business, and we like being part of the community.
