We are located in Flat B-20 at Nirmai Residency, which is tucked away in Lane No. 17 of Dahanukar Colony in Kothrud, Pune. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a typical travel agency office when you first walk in. We handle travel bookings and tour planning for Cox and Kings from this branch. Kothrud is a nice, leafy part of Pune, and our lane is usually quite peaceful, which is good when we are trying to concentrate on complicated flight itineraries or visa requirements. We have a couple of desks set up in the flat and the phone rings quite a bit with people asking about holiday packages or ticket prices. We aren't a big flashy storefront on a main road; we’re more of a quiet spot where we can actually talk to people without all the city noise. Sometimes we have to deal with cancellations or delays, which isn't fun, but it's part of the job. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking for the best dates and routes for travelers. It’s just a few of us working here, making sure the tickets are printed and the vouchers are sent out on time. We don't have any big corporate banners, just our computers and some travel brochures scattered around. It’s a simple setup, and we like being part of the local community here in Dahanukar Colony.
