You can find Cottonish Creations Private Limited over in Baner, which is a growing part of Pune. We’ve set up our office on the seventh floor of the Sai Datt Residency, specifically in unit A1-28. It’s a bit unusual to be in a residential building like this, but the seventh floor gives us a great view of Baner Road and all the new buildings going up. The space is fairly modern compared to some older parts of the city. We have a decent-sized area where we keep our design boards and fabric samples. Since it’s a residency, the vibe is a lot calmer than a traditional commercial complex. We don’t have a lot of walk-in traffic, so we can really get into our work without too many interruptions. The office is a mix of computers and actual physical materials. We spend a lot of time feeling different cotton textures and deciding on colors. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the view of the city lights is actually quite nice. We are just a small team of people who enjoy working with textiles. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby; you just ring the bell and walk into our workspace. Most of our meetings happen over a casual cup of tea at one of the worktables. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in a nice part of town.
