This office is inside Prakash Memories, specifically B-204, right behind Bharati Vidyapith. We are situated on Dattanagar Road in Pune. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a massive industrial zone. Abhay Kore runs the operations here for Cotmac Electronics Pvy Ltd. We handle a lot of electronics paperwork and some of the smaller technical jobs that come through. Being near the university means there is always something happening outside. The building itself is easy to find if you know the landmark. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It's just a workspace where we sit down and handle our business. Most of the time, we’re busy with projects that require a lot of concentration. We don't really do much advertising because most people find us through word of mouth or because they know someone we've worked with before. It’s a small, honest operation. We like it that way. No stress from big bosses breathing down our necks, just our own schedule and our own way of doing things. Pune is a good city for this kind of work, and Dattanagar Road is a convenient spot for us to be. It’s not about being the biggest, just about being reliable enough so the work keeps coming in year after year. We just keep our heads down and work. It's nice being near the college because there are always good places to grab a quick lunch.
