We are Consolidated Consultant Engg Pvt Ltd and you can find us over at 56 D Yashantrao Chavan Nagar. We’re right by the Zpquarter in Dahanukar Colony, just opposite the Prithvi Hotel in Kothrud. It’s a busy area of Pune, and we’ve been here long enough that the hotel staff knows us by name. Engineering consulting sounds like a lot, but mostly we just sit down with clients and figure out how to solve their structural or technical issues. The office is often full of large drawings and stacks of files. It isn't the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or at our desks, but we also head out to sites when we need to see things for ourselves. Pune is a fast-growing city and there is always something being built or fixed. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We try to be helpful and give advice that actually works for the people who come to us. No big sales pitches here, just us doing our jobs and trying to get the math right. If you’re coming by, look for the sign near the hotel, it’s easier to find us that way. It’s just a normal workplace with people who care about doing things right and making sure the buildings stay standing.
