Concept Engineers

Our office for Concept Engineers is inside Swanand Bunglow at 1118/7A on Lakaki Road. Being in Shivajinagar is nice because it’s a familiar area with plenty of history. We’re not in a typical office block; the bunglow gives the place a different feel entirely. It’s more relaxed, though we still keep quite busy with our engineering projects. We have several rooms set up for drafting and meetings, and the walls are usually covered in technical drawings and sketches. Sometimes we sit out on the veranda when we need a break or to talk through a difficult design problem. The street outside is usually quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on the details. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a dedicated group of us who enjoy solving technical puzzles. We spend our days looking at schematics and figuring out how to make things work better. Most of us live close by, so we’ve known each other for a long time. There’s a kitchen where we make lunch, and it smells like home cooking around noon. We don't try to impress people with fancy lobbies or slick presentations. We just show up at the bunglow, do our engineering work, and go home at the end of the day. It’s a comfortable way to run a business in a neighborhood we really like.
