Coffee Crackerr

You can find Coffee Crackerr over at L 7/383 in the Sneshsagar Society. We are in the Niljyoti area of Gokhale Nagar. It’s a pretty standard housing society, so we are surrounded by families and everyday life. We deal with coffee, so as you can imagine, our corner of the building usually smells pretty good. It’s not a massive operation. We have our grinders and our bags set up in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to anyone else. Gokhale Nagar is a busy part of town, but inside the society, it’s a bit more relaxed. We start our mornings by checking the beans. We don't have any corporate slogans or big missions. We just like coffee and we spend our time making sure it’s handled right. Sometimes we sit out on the steps for a break. We handle everything ourselves, from the heavy lifting to the paperwork. It’s a lot of work for a small group, but it keeps us busy. We don't really do much to promote ourselves; people just find us or hear about us from someone else. The rain in Pune can be quite something, so we spend a lot of time making sure everything stays dry. It’s just a regular day-to-day grind for us here in Niljyoti. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There isn't anything more to tell than that.
