Cocoon Service Hotel is located right in Magarpatta City, specifically at 137 Megameals in Hadapsar. Because we are inside Magarpatta, we get a lot of people who are here for work in the IT parks. It’s a bit different from a standard hotel because people stay a bit longer here. We have to keep the rooms ready and make sure the kitchen at Megameals is doing its thing. It’s a busy environment. We spend a lot of time checking people in and out or helping someone find their way around the township. Magarpatta is like a city within a city, so it’s easy to get lost if you aren't used to it. The staff here is just regular folks from around Pune and Hadapsar. We don't have those stiff uniforms that make you feel uncomfortable. We just try to be helpful and keep the place tidy. There is always something to fix, like a leaky tap or a lightbulb that went out. That's just how it is when you run a building with lots of rooms. We see a lot of suitcases and hear a lot of stories from people traveling for their jobs. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s interesting to meet so many different people. We just stay busy with the laundry, the cleaning, and making sure the guests have what they need for the night. It's a solid place to work in a very modern part of town.
