Club 7 Holidays

Our little office for Club 7 Holidays is situated at number 5, Deccan Nehru Nagar. We are part of the Bhosale Shinde Arcade on M G Barve Marg. It’s a very familiar spot for anyone who uses the Deccan Gymkhana Bus Stop because we are just a stone’s throw away. The arcade itself is an older building with a lot of character and plenty of small shops. We spend our time here dealing with different travel plans and a lot of paperwork. It’s often quite hectic because of the crowds of people waiting for buses right outside our window. The office is a bit cramped with all the brochures and files we have accumulated over the years. We have a few old desks and some chairs that have seen better days. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait for it to come back on and keep going. It’s a very central location, so we see all sorts of people walking by throughout the day. There is a small canteen nearby where we usually grab some snacks or a quick coffee. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long. Being near the gymkhana means there is always something happening on the streets. It’s a lively place to work, even if it gets a bit noisy during the peak hours. We’ve become a part of the local scenery in this part of Deccan over the years.
