Up on the fifth floor of Viman Pride in Viman Nagar, you’ll find our team at Cloud No.9 Events. We’ve been operating out of Pune for some time now, and it’s a good spot for us. The office is usually a bit of a mess because we always have event decorations or floor plans scattered around. Planning events is a lot of work that people don’t see. It’s not just about the party; it’s about the hundreds of emails and phone calls that happen before the day. We spend a lot of time visiting venues and talking to vendors about lights and catering. Sometimes things get stressful, especially when a client changes their mind at the last second, but we just roll with it. Pune is a busy city and Viman Nagar is always moving, so it keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just like organizing things and seeing a project come together. Whether it’s a small meeting or a bigger party, we treat them the same—lots of lists and double-checking everything. Our staff is a small group of people who don't mind staying late to get things finished. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that gets the job done without too much fuss.
