We are located over in Chandan Nagar, specifically at Tuljabhavani Nagar. It is mostly just a few of us here managing the cars and making sure people get where they need to go. Running a taxi business in this part of town is a lot of work because the traffic can be really bad some days. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and checking if they reached the pickup point. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we keep the records and handle the bookings. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that is just how it goes here. People call us up when they have a train to catch or need to get to the airport, and we do what we can to help them out. We’ve been at No. 55/2 for a while now, so the locals mostly know where to find us if they need a ride. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult and the phones do not stop ringing, which can be stressful. But at the end of the day, we just want to keep the vehicles moving. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes a driver gets stuck in a jam, but we try to be honest about the timing. That’s pretty much how we spend our days here in the office.
