The Pod Building is where we spend our days, right inside the Tata Motors premises in Chinchwad. There is a lot of security and a lot of rules, but it keeps things orderly. We handle manufacturing solutions, which basically means we help make sure the factory lines are running like they should. It’s a lot of technical oversight and troubleshooting. Some days we are out on the floor for hours, and other days we are stuck in the office dealing with logistics. The team is a mix of engineers and planners. We’ve been here long enough to know the shortcuts through the campus. It’s a busy environment, always the sound of machinery or trucks in the distance. We don’t really do the whole corporate jargon thing. We just focus on the machines and the processes. If something breaks, we figure out how to fix it. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve got a good group of people who know what they’re doing.
