Chakan Medical Foundation

Out here in the Chakan area of Pune, things move at a slightly different pace because of all the industrial work nearby. Our foundation is based at Gat No. 1152. It’s a plain, functional setup because we'd rather spend our resources on medical needs rather than fancy offices. We’ve been operating in this part of Maharashtra for a while, and we see a lot of people from the local factories and surrounding villages. The dust from the roads and the noise of the trucks are just part of the daily life for us. We handle a variety of health issues and try to be a steady presence for the community. Our team isn't very large, but we stay busy from morning until late evening. It’s a practical environment where the focus is strictly on the medical work we have in front of us. We don't have a lot of corporate polish or a big front desk with people in suits. We are just local staff who know the area and the people. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get blocked, but we just keep doing what we can to help out. Chakan is a growing place, and we are just trying to keep up with the health needs that come with that growth. It’s honest, hard work and we are glad to be the ones doing it for our neighbors. We take things as they come and do our best every single day.
