You can find C.C. Engineers at 1087/B on Hare Krishna Mandir Road in Model Colony. It’s a nice, leafy part of Pune, which is a bit quieter than the main roads. We’ve been operating out of this building for quite a few years now. We do engineering work, mostly consulting and helping with structural designs for local projects. The office has that old-school feel to it, with drafting tables and lots of printed blueprints rolled up in the corners. We aren't very modern when it comes to the office look; we still use a lot of paper. Our team is small, mostly senior engineers and a couple of juniors learning the ropes. We usually start the day with a bit of a discussion over coffee about whatever project is currently on the table. The street outside is usually lined with parked cars, and it can be a bit tight for trucks to get through. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from long-time clients who have known us for decades. We value doing the job right more than doing it fast. It’s a calm place to work, and we like the atmosphere of Model Colony. We just focus on our calculations and making sure the drawings are accurate before they go out the door. Sometimes the office dog, a stray we feed, sleeps by the entrance, but he doesn't bother anyone. It’s just a simple, steady way of doing business.
